WHO ARE WE? We are Kitcharoen Development Co., Ltd., a real estate developer who owns and manages TYST Residence. We need to collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data so as to provide habitation and other related services to you. You will be required to read this Privacy Policy before starting your habitation at TYST Residence or receive any services from us. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy at www.tyst-residence.com/privacy regularly in case we revise or update this Privacy Policy.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT? We collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data available on identification document (e.g. name / address / age / etc.), your contact information (e.g. phone number / e-mail address / LINE account / etc.), your action within the common areas of TYST Residence as being recorded by CCTV, and etc. We will collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data throughout your habitation at TYST Residence or other period as required or allowed by laws. Appropriate measure will be provided to ensure security of your personal data in accordance with the laws.

Please note that we will request you to provide your personal data at the time you contacting us and/or at other time as required by laws. If you refuse to provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide habitation at TYST Residence or any services to you.

WHAT ARE OUR PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION? We collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data mainly for providing habitation, facilities and related services to you during your stay at TYST Residence and for maintaining security, good order and peaceful cohabitation environment of the TYST Residence.

We may also collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data for the purposes as allowed by laws e.g. for preventing harm to life or health, for performing contractual obligation, for compliance with laws, for our legitimate interests and etc. If mandatorily required, we will request for your consent for collection, usage, processing, and/or disclosure of your personal data.

WHO WILL RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We may disclose your personal data to our managements, personnel, contractors, trade partners and authorities to the extent necessary or as required by laws.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHT? As a data subject, you have the following rights as stipulated by laws:

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT, you may withdraw your consent for collection, usage, processing or disclosure of your personal data (if given to us), at any time, subject always to limitations under the laws or contract.

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY, you have the right to request us to provide copy of your personal data to you or transfer your personal data to other data controller, if practically permissible.

RIGHT TO ERASURE / RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by us to the extent allowed by laws.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION, you may request us to rectify your personal data which is not accurate or up to date, thus, we encourage you to inform us of any change to your personal data provided to us as soon as reasonably practicable.
RIGHT TO NOTIFY AUTHORITY, if you are of the view that we do not in compliance with personal data protection laws of Thailand, you have the right to notify relevant authority of the same.
